Is Adomni a self-service buying platform only or do you also offer managed services?

Adomni offers both options.

Some marketers prefer to plan, launch, and manage campaigns independently using our self-service platform.

Alternatively, our white glove managed services team operates within our proprietary ads manager platform to plan, buy, and optimize in real-time, all at no extra cost to you. With our managed service option, you maintain full transparency and control over your campaign, similar to self-service campaigns.

What does it cost to advertise using Adomni?

Pricing is transparent and displayed by media type and device when you create your campaign.

The average eCPM across all media types is approximately $12.00. Prices can vary; for instance, screens in high-profile locations like Times Square may have higher rates than screens in bars or restaurants.

There are no hidden fees, additional charges for audience targeting, or per-campaign contracts when you advertise through Adomni.

Adomni’s ad-serving algorithms are designed to find the lowest-price eCPM inventory with the highest audience relevance for your campaign.

Is Adomni selling programmatic guaranteed or non-guaranteed ad space?

Similar to buying ads on TikTok, Facebook, or Google Ads, the majority of Adomni’s inventory is sold on a non-guaranteed basis. You define your targets and budget, and Adomni’s algorithm selects the optimal inventory to serve your ads once the creative artwork is approved.

You will only be charged for the ads/impressions delivered. We also offer certain media types with programmatic guarantee delivery. If guaranteed placement is a priority, please contact our sales team at sales@adomni.com to discuss available options.

Is Adomni selling via Private Marketplace (PMP) or Open Exchange?

Can I do a custom PMP with my own deal id and pricing?

Absolutely! For all campaigns, we deliver real-time performance reports detailing the budget spent, impressions delivered, and screens reached.

For more comprehensive campaigns that meet specific criteria such as scale and duration, we offer five types of reports to measure lower-funnel KPI lift:

Web Visitation & Conversions: Measure the lift in web visits, on-site activity, and purchases.
Mobile app KPIs: Measure the lift of app downloads, in-app activity, and purchases.
Return on ad spend (ROAS): Measure the revenue impact on in-store purchases of specific products.
Foot traffic lift: Measure the lift of visits to brick-and-mortar stores.
Brand lift: Measure the lift of ad recall, brand awareness, brand perception, and purchase intent.

How long does it typically take to approve ad content after initial upload?

You can expect a response within one business day (with many media owners approving within one hour) if your content was uploaded during our business hours.

Please note that some media types, like airports or Times Square screens, may require additional time due to third-party approvals. Rest assured, we closely monitor all pending ad content approvals to ensure your content is reviewed promptly.

What is Adomni?

Adomni is an online platform that enables marketers to easily build and launch digital out of home (DOOH) campaigns. Technically, we are both a DSP (demand side platform), SSP (supply side platform) and Ad Exchange.

With an intuitive online interface, complimentary audience targeting via Place IQ, and over programmatically connected real-world digital screens, Adomni puts the world of digital out of home in the hands of media buyers. Adomni was created as a way for media owners to easily increase their revenue by selling their unsold ad space at quality prices that they control.

What kinds of advertisers does Adomni serve?

Adomni has had over 1,000 unique media buyers launch a campaign. The platform is utilized by agencies and brands that range in size from small to mid-size to fortune-500 companies. Our focus is to unlock new revenue from media buyers who were historically focused on digital advertising (Facebook and Google).

With Adomni, you will have full transparency into the media buyer company and the brand advertiser, in advance of the ads being served.

Do I have to provide Adomni with exclusivity to list and sell my inventory programmatically?

Just like buying ads on Facebook/Instagram or Google AdWords, the majority of Adomni’s inventory is sold on a non-guaranteed basis. Advertisers set their targets and budget and Adomni’s algorithms will select the optimal inventory and serve the ads once the creative artwork is approved.

They will only be charged for the ads/impressions delivered.

How much does it cost to join Adomni and to list screens?

Who is responsible for content approval?

You are the ultimate decision maker on which content is approved and served on your screens. We operate a two-stage approval process. In stage 1, we review the content to ensure it meets the normal advertising guidelines. Once approved through stage 2, you will receive an email notifying you of the new ad content to approve. The email has two buttons to easily approve or reject the content.

What kind of reporting is made available to me?

As a media owner, when do I get paid for past campaigns that ran?

Adomni provides a lump sum payout once per month for the previous month’s received revenue. Payouts are sent by the tenth day of the new month. You have the choice to receive your payout by check (slowest method - 2-7 days by regular mail) or by ACH bank wire (1 day later). Once the payout is sent, you will receive a payout statement by email that provides all of the details of the campaigns that comprise the payout.
