The mission of our friendly concierge team is to help you create and deliver the optimal digital out of home campaign and have a great experience along the way.
Concierge Services (sometimes referred to as Managed Services) is a complimentary Adomni offering for all advertisers and campaigns, regardless of size. Having launched over 2,000 programmatic digital out of home campaigns, we have a deep understanding of programmatic out of home advertising and how to achieve the best results. And we recognize that each campaign is unique.
At all times during the concierge process, you will have full access to the campaign plans and the campaign itself and can make changes at any time.

Campaign Planning and Strategy
The process starts by filling out a campaign brief, which provides us with your marketing objectives and campaign details. We will contact you within 1-2 business days to ask any questions or provide you with the initial DOOH inventory options and/or campaign plan.
If you don’t have all of the information for the campaign brief, no worries. Provide what you can and we can get the process started.
Ad Content Creation and Re-formatting
If you need assistance building any or all of the necessary ad content pieces, our in-house team of designers is available to help.
With our complimentary bulk ad content re-formatting, if you provide us with one landscape and one portrait layered photoshop or after effects file, we will build and share all of the different ad content sizes and video durations.

Campaign Execution and Reporting
We will launch your campaign and ensure that the ads get served and delivered, as desired. You will always have full access to view and change the campaign after it launches.
If you want to pull your own reports, you will have access to the platform to do so. Or if you would rather that we email the reports mid-campaign or post-campaign, we are happy to do so.
There is no extra cost or minimum spend requirements to utilize our concierge services.
