Adomni was founded in 2015 with the mindset that innovative technology powered by intelligent people could transform the oldest advertising medium on the planet.
Now seven years later, our team is expanding like never before. In 2021 alone, our team quadrupled in size, and we couldn't be more thrilled to introduce the newest talented individuals to join our fast-growing and employee-owned company from all over the world.
Derek Szczygłowski is an Account Manager with over 15 years of marketing experience and years of sales experience, complemented with over a decade of media agency experience. He started working in the media departments of several Baltimore-based agencies, including the largest agency in the market. In 2012, Derek moved to NYC, working for a startup company called PrecisionDemand, and then on the Jackson Hewitt Tax Service planning team. Derek relocated to Las Vegas and worked in the media department of an independent ad agency in 2016. After a brief stint as an Account Executive at KTNV Channel 13, he spent the last two years working as an Account Executive at Clear Channel Outdoor before joining Adomni.
Derek takes great pride in his mathematical, analytical, and communication skills and has purchased over $100 million worth of advertising for national and local clients.
Evan Myar is an Account Manager with five years of experience managing national and local advertising plans for global brands, including McDonald’s, Coca-Cola, and Johnson & Johnson. Most recently, Evan worked as a Media Planner at OMD overseeing McDonald’s broadcast, digital and out-of-home campaigns for eight local regions across the Northeast.
Evan is passionate about helping clients build data-driven campaigns to successfully influence consumers.
Juliana Kogan is Director of Account Management with over 15 years of digital advertising, operations, and client-facing experience. She has a well-rounded understanding of the technologies, processes, and rooted values of successful internal/external relationships.
A native New Yorker, she now resides in Wake Forest, NC, with her husband, daughter, Penelope, two twins, Ava and Ashton, and a toy Pomeranian named Dezi. Her passions include food, travel, and music - she often tries to combine all three when possible. For instance, when she's mastering a recipe in the kitchen, she dances to some music while dreaming of her next travel destination.
Sean Helmick is an Ad Content Specialist who grew up in Las Vegas studying art and design. He worked on the opening team for the City Center project before joining Adomni. He enjoys creative activities such as digital illustration and experimenting with new cooking recipes in his free time.
Andrew Peralta is a Sales Director based in New York City. He spent much of his career in digital media focused on branded content, video, and social media for companies like USA TODAY, Chive TV, and Federated Media. He was eager to join the ranks at Adomni as he has seen exciting growth in DOOH spurred by new technology. He’s worked across agency and brand partners, cultivating relationships by driving successful campaigns and crushing a brand’s KPIs. Andrew loves working with his advertisers to make their jobs easier, offer smarter solutions, and help them reach their audiences at the right place and at the right time with the right message.
Andrew lives in Jersey City, NJ, with his wife, 2yo daughter, and pup Chloe. In his downtime, Andrew loves introducing his daughter to new Disney movies, taking the family to Liberty State Park, exploring all the wonderful restaurants on the Jersey side of the Hudson – and when he has a moment to himself, he loves working out!
Harjit Badesha is Regional Managing Director for the UK and European region with over 20 years of leadership and media experience spanning national press, magazines, digital, and OOH. In his previous position, he co-founded and ran KBH Digital, helping transport operators monetize digital assets such as consumer websites, passenger wifi, and onboard entertainment. Earlier in his career, he held numerous leadership roles with Clear Channel Outdoor and Microsoft. He then moved to eBay as the Head of International Advertising Sales, building his team from the ground up, managing relationships with international advertisers, and growing revenue from close to zero to $6m approx in 3 years.
Harjit is excited to join Adomni because it is an opportunity for the worlds of OOH and digital media to merge. He can draw on his experience of each to help grow revenues from agencies and clients.
Mike Hatter is a Full Stack Engineer with years of programming, gaming development, and a deep understanding of networking, machine architecture, data structures, artificial intelligence, and high and low-level systems design. He attended college at Full Sail University in Orlando, which offered one of the best Game Development degree programs at the time. After 19 months, he graduated with an accelerated degree in Bachelor of Science. He shifted his career to web development and began working as a front-end developer, back-end engineer, and DevOps engineer. He is passionate about learning new technologies and is excited to use them to create amazing things.
In his free time, Mike is a private pilot, a musician, an amateur woodworker, a motorcycle enthusiast, and an avid video game player.
