Hi, my name is Allie.
I’m a client success manager here at AdOmni Today.
Today I’m gonna be walking through how to download a device list from your campaign, along with how to exclude unavailable devices To download your device list.
Scroll over to the summary tab and down underneath this venue type summary is going to be a device list, CSV download button.
Click on that and your download will be prepared.
Once it’s ready to download, it will pop up in your downloads within your browser.
Now, you may have also noticed that this alert popped up in the orange box that’s showing that there are 20 screens temporarily unavailable.
These may not play during the campaign, and if you want to exclude them from your campaign, simply press the exclude button.
If you scroll back over to the geo targets and venue types tab, you’ll see that the 20 devices you excluded are listed here.
Clicking on this pink pill will allow you to see the device ID and its reason for exclusion.
All of these devices are currently inactive, which is their reason for exclusion.
