How to remove CPM and budget

Hello, here is a short Loom video to show you how you can remove both CPM and budget from any of your campaign plans that you would like to send to clients.

So starting from your team’s homepage, you’re going to identify the campaign that you would like to send to your client.

In this case, I’m gonna use this campaign called Geotarget Demo.

You’re going to click the three dots on the left to expand some of the edit actions and scroll down to View campaign plan.

This will open up the shareable campaign link that you will be sending to your client.

And from here you can see how we have our budget inputted, our CPM and the rest of our key metrics.

And so in order to remove both the budget and the CPM, you’ll click this share option on the top right share via email.

And you’re going to be looking at the presentation style.

So right now it’s set to standard and that means the budget and CPM is included along with all of our other key metrics.

We’re going to swap that to CPM and budget removed.

Scroll down and then save and close.

From here you have a new campaign plan.

It’s got all the same details except that budget and CPM are no longer visible, but you still have your projected impressions, your targetable screens, and your venue types.

So you can use this URL.

You can copy and paste this into your email, or you can of course share with an email through the share settings.

So either way, it’s up to you, but now you have this link that will automatically not have a budget or CPM no matter where it goes.

You can revert it if you would like using that same process.

But for now, we’re just gonna leave it because we have the effect that we wanted.
